Homemade Mayonaise Recipe

 Ingredients

3 hard boiled eggs

1tbsp of Mustard

1tbsp of vinegar/lemon juice

water

oil(neutral flavored) 

procedure

In a blender or food processor add your hard boiled eggs and pulse

then add in your mustard vinegar or lemon juice and oil and blend till smooth.

if the consistency is a bit rough you can add a little bit of water then blend 

transfer onto a glass jar and store in the fridge, has a lifespan of about two weeks
